Our organization is based on:

A Technical Department of 40 people composed of:

• An electro-technical design unit
• An automatic systems design unit
• A pilot project cell
• A Research & Development department
  

A Commercial Department incorporating Techno-commercial engineers and Project Leaders whose role is to combine together the design work, engineering, production, testing, implementation and assistance.

A Customer Service Department (spare parts management, qualified personnel for implementation, launching into production and training, revamping electrical installations and automatic systems).

A Purchasing Department involved throughout the project’s lifetime.

A Production Department of 70 people covering the following activities:

• Bar assembly
• Cabling
• Testing
• Methods-industrialization
